The group operates five business segments: bioremediation, machine controls, identification systems, natural fertilizer and corporate. The bioremediation segment is involved in bioconversion and biotransformation of industrial contamination of soil or groundwater. The machine controls division designs, manufactures and markets electric motor controls to machine manufacturers. The identification segment develops identification and database systems for precious gem business. The natural fertilizer segment develops, manufactures and markets natural fertilizers, insecticides and herbicides. The group's general corporate segment provides funding and management overview services to the holdings. The group has its operations in the United States and Canada.
